The Arizona Lottery is changing The Pick game and we believe it is for the better with More Wins and Bigger Wins!!

There are Cons and Pros, as expected.

Cons:

1. The price is doubling from $1 to $2.
2. The prizes are changing: $3 to $2; $50 to $25 and $2,000 to $1,000.

Pros:

1. The game will automatically include a multiplier to all non-jackpot prizes. The multiplier will be 2, 3, 4 or 5. So the minimum prize will automatically be double what is shown above, with many being 3X to 5X.
2. The set of numbers will be 6 out of 40 instead of 6 out of 44. So the overall odds of winning will be 1 out of 30 instead of 1 out of 39 - nearly 25% better.
3. The odds of hitting the jackpot will be nearly twice as easy to hit. The odds will be 1 out of 3.8 million instead of 1 out of 7.1 million. That's nearly twice as good.
